We are not renting our villa to make money; we only wish to cover our costs. We offer people the opportunity to come to Florida and share our beautiful holiday home and we wish to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible without compromise. In our opinion Florida offers everything, and more, and is an opportunity for friends and family to spend quality time together.

Prices are fully inclusive of all utilities, cleaning & Florida taxes.

An immediate deposit of £100 per week ($200) is required together with a completed booking form.

The deposit is non-refundable and the outstanding balance is to be paid eight weeks prior to departure together with a £200 security bond ($350) that will be refunded upon return of villa keys and satisfactory property and inventory checks by our management team.

Any cancellation of the booking, by the client, must be in writing and subject to the following:

Cancellation Charges

1) More than 8 weeks before arrival date: 100% Deposit only.

2) Between 4 and 8 weeks of arrival date: 50% of holiday cost.

3) Between 4 weeks and arrival date: 100% of holiday cost.

Once a booking has been confirmed, deposit and outstanding balance payments can be made via any of the following payment methods:
